The Beaverbrook Art Gallery, in recognition of its 50th anniversary, has recently released 'Openings, Recipes for Art: 50 Years of Special Events at the Beaverbrook Art Gallery.' The book, written by longtime volunteer and board member Marg Routledge, features more than 150 recipes prepared by the gallery's special events committee over the past 50 years. These include breads, dips and patés, cheeses, seafood appetizers, seasonal favourites, beverages and desserts.

'Openings, Recipes for Art: 50 Years of Special Events at the Beaverbrook Art Gallery,' $24,95, is on sale at the Beaverbrook Art Gallery Gift Shop, Westminster Books in Fredericton and through the gallery website at www.beaverbrookartgallery.org.
