Joss Stone as Anne of Cleves and Jonathan Rhys Myers as King Henry VIII on ‘The Tudors.’

* Henry the VIII is now a widower (but of course not without bed mates) on The Tudors, and Cromwell is on a mission to find him a Protestant wife. Enter Anne of Cleves, played by British soul singer Joss Stone. This marks Stone's first time acting on a TV series, and in a recent interview with The Canadian Press, the Grammy winner said it was a "very scary" experience but she "loved it-" so much so, that she's coming back to play the same role next season. Stone said while doing research on Cleves, she started to "feel really sorry for her" because "she was all by herself, she had no friends, she was being told that she was positively disgusting, she just felt very unattractive, and all she was trying to do was please him." * Glee is airing repeats during the World Series, giving viewers an open window to check out another heralded comedy offering: Modern Family, starring Ed O'Neill of Married With Children fame. Hailed by some critics as one of the best new comedies of the fall, the series features on three families. Tonight we see the Delgado-Pritchett clan rallying behind mature teen Manny's new interest: fencing. (Citytv, ABC)
