Here's what's happening today on the small screen:

* We've all heard the stories - homes in our neighbourhoods selling for tens of thousands of dollars above the asking price. The Stagers explores the modern-day art of home staging, in which experts spruce up a home with upscale furniture and artwork to create a showroom-perfect space. (HGTV)

* If cooking's more up your alley than tricking potential home-buyers into spending too much money on a house, check out the season finale of Hell's Kitchen in which temperamental chef Gordon Ramsay prepares to put a contestant in charge of his new restaurant. (Citytv)

* More relaxed televised food fare can be found on Grill It! With Bobby Flay. The show has its Canadian premiere tonight as chef Flay cooks alongside fans chosen for their grilling expertise. (Food Network)

* If you're more into exploring the great outdoors than cooking in it, Primetime: The Outsiders might be up your alley. Tonight's show profiles Alaskan Charlie Vandergaw, a retired schoolteacher who gets up close and personal with black bears and grizzlies near his Anchorage home. (ABC)
