TUESDAY, JULY 8, 4 to 6:30 p.m., Annual Strawberry Festival at Hampton United Church, Hampton. Menu will include potato salad, coleslaw, marinated carrots salad, ham, brown bread, homemade rolls and strawberry shortcake for dessert. Adults $9, children 6-12 $4 and children 5 and under free.

THURSDAY, JULY 10, 4 to 6:30 p.m., St. Luke's Anglican Church, 12 Quispamsis Road, Gondola Point, will be holding its annual Strawberry Festival in the parish hall. Menu is roast turkey, baked potato, vegetables and roll with strawberry shortcake and whipped cream for dessert, plus a beverage. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children 12 and under, $25 per family (parents with small children). Tickets are available by calling 847-8845 or at the door.

SUNDAY, JULY 13, 3 p.m., The 47th annual Memorial Service of the Titus Hill Cemetery will be held at the cemetery. Come for a time of remembering, dedication of new gates and fencing, fellowship and music. If the weather is unfavourable, the service will be held in the Salina Kirk United Church.

SUNDAY, JULY 13, 3:30 p.m., Closing Festal Evensong at Trinity Church, Charlotte Street, Saint John. This will be the culmination of a full week of dedicated work by the children. They will be joined by the adult choristers. Tax receipts will be issued for donations over $10, envelopes provided.

THURSDAY, JULY 17, 4 to 6:30 p.m., St. Giles United Church annual strawberry supper, 3540 Westfield Road, Saint John. Menu includes ham, potato salad, coleslaw, strawberry shortcake. Adults $9, children under 12 $4, children under 6 free. Take out available.
