Inn to become a tea house

Carmen Soffile saws another slat for a railing as he continues renovations on a building at 140 Water St. in St. Andrews that was once the Bayview Inn and then became a boarding house. Soffile said the former inn will become a tea house that will open next spring under the ownership of Anne Hyland. A tea house is a restaurant where tea and other refreshments are served.
