Last year, Rawi Hage won the world's richest book prize, the IMPAC Dublin Literary Award, valued at $160,000, for his novel De Niro's Game. On Oct. 15, the Beirut-born, Montreal-based author was in Moncton to talk about the book at the Frye Festival's Community Read. The bilingual event at Moncton City Hall included a reading and question-and-answer session. Hage was also interviewed on stage by filmmaker and avid reader Monique LeBlanc.
