Border traffic was slowed considerably causing a line through Milltown Boulevard in St. Stephen on Monday as Aliant worked on cable lines under the ground. Aliant employee Danny Collins is seen doing routine repairs and cleaning of Aliant lines to maintain air pressure in front of the border crossing to Calais, Maine, on Monday afternoon.
