The Telegraph-Journal commissioned Corporate Research Associates to conduct a survey gauging city council's performance on a number of major issues - from water treatment and waterfront development, to recreation, roads and to public safety, pensions and Peel Plaza. In September, CRA took a random sample of 403 residents of Greater Saint John for its quarterly Urban Report. The survey is accurate within 4.9 percentage points, 95 per cent of the time. In the coming days, survey results will be published as we take an in-depth look at each of these important files.
