The front end of a vehicle belonging to a 22-year old Maine resident smashed into the cement divider at the Harbour Bridge toll booth at about 6:10 p.m. on Friday evening. The male driver, seen looking under the hood while speaking on his cell phone, suffered only a bloody nose.
