The United Way of Greater Saint John held its annual Community Achievement dinner on Tuesday night. The event helped shine the light on outstanding achievements by companies and individuals during the 2008 campaign and a look ahead to 2009. 1. Board members proudly display the final amount raised during the 2008 campaign. Scotiabank branch manager Glen Travers, left, receives the Campaign Chair's Award for 100 per cent branch participation in Saint John, Kings County and Charlotte County, from campaign chairman Bob Crowley. 3. Crowley presents Cathy Lahey of Stewart McKelvey Law Offices with an award for continuous Corporate Leadership support with annual gift increases. 4. 2008 United Way president Jim MacMullin, executive director Elizabeth Jadoo, Daphne Nicolle of ExxonMobil, Crowley and Jennifer Fraser of ExxonMobil, with ExxonMobil's corporate contribution of $22,000 to the upcoming 2009 campaign.
